The main exam is also an online examination that contains objective type questions from topics like English Language, Computer Knowledge, Numerical Ability, Reasoning and General Awareness. Once the candidates are done with the main exam they will appear for an interview round.

Educational Qualification: The candidates who are looking towards applying to this examination should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: There is a certain age limit mentioned by the IBPS for appearing in this examination which is 18 to 30 years of age.
Nationality: The candidate appearing in the IBPS RRB PO exam must be a citizen of India. There are some candidates from Nepal, Bhutan and the Tibetan region who came to India before January 1, 1962, and are looking towards settling in India who is eligible to appear in this examination.
Proficiency in Language: The one who is working hard to get selected for the IBPS RRB PO exam must have proficiency in the local language of the state in which the examination is taking place.
The IBPS RRB PO exam takes place in two stages: The first stage is the Preliminary exam and the second stage is the Main exam.
