The application fee for SSC CPO 2024 is Rs. 100 for male candidates in General and OBC categories. However, women candidates, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee. The fee payment can be made online only through Net-Banking, Credit/Debit cards, BHIM, UPI, etc.
To be eligible for SSC CPO Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet certain criteria. These include nationality, educational qualifications, and age limits.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, or subjects of Nepal or Bhutan. Those from Nepal or Bhutan need a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.
Educational Qualification: Candidates for the post of Sub Inspector (GD) in Delhi Police & CAPFs must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Male candidates applying for the post of Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police must also have a valid Driving Licence for LMV (Motorcycle and Car).
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 25 years old as of August 1, 2024. The minimum age limit is 20 years, and the maximum is 25 years. Candidates must have been born between January 2, 1994, and August 1, 2004, to be eligible.
